Our beautiful and newly updated first-floor room , the Camellia overlooks one of our gardens and is reminiscent of a peaceful country retreat.

Outfitted with a queen sized bed, stained glass panels accent the walls and an antique dresser with mirror, large wardrobe round out the furnishings. A comfortable chair in the corner is the perfect place to read or put your shoes.

The private bath is newly renovated with an easily-accessible corner-entry tiled shower and spacious vanity.

Our dreamy, cozy Seven Sisters Room at …

Named for the beautiful mountain range which stands watch over the town of Black Mountain, this room is conveniently situated on the first floor. It is a cozy room with a comfortable brass Full bed and a private ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. A comfortable reading chair and a rich floral quilt with matching shams offer luxury. If desired, the Seven Sisters Room can be conjoined with the Black Bear Room for families or small groups up to five. Our Seven Sisters Room is one of our dog-friendly options.

Prior notice is necessary if you’ll be bringing your dog with you. Please be advised that there is a fee of $45 (+ tax) per stay for your dog.

Coming to Black Mountain on your way to drop off or pick up the kiddos from camp? Stay the night at The Red Rocker Inn in our Appalachian Room!

Located at the top of the front formal staircase on the second floor, the Appalachian Room is one of the most popular rooms at the Inn.

This room is beautifully furnished with happy yellow walls, a matching pair of Queen beds dressed in soft magnolia and dogwood bedding, and a triple dresser with a large mirror. Stretch out and relax in the comfy wingback chair. The spacious, cheerful bedroom has an attached private bath with traditional tub/shower combination.

Conveniently outfitted for up to four guests, the pedestal sink is in the bedroom for optimal use. Situated at the front corner of the house, its windows offer a view of both the Inn’s gardens, the Blue Ridge Mountains and the peaceful little town of Black Mountain.

�This room books for a double (2 person) occupancy rate but you can add up to 2 additional people for $45 per person per night!

Rob, our new landscape associate is taking such great care of the gardens at the inn that we could not pass up the opportunity to shine our gratitude and a spotlight on his work.

Between Rob and Katy's green thumb, our gardens are looking amazing for our guests and neighbors!
