Last week’s was all that and a bag of chips!
Five trout, countless bluegill, a few bass and a catfish were caught. Our friend was not only a master angler, he also cooked up a feast complete with homemade tartar sauce and coleslaw.

Our Belle had to have emergency surgery to have her uterus removed this morning.

She is reunited with her baby at home (these photos were taken this afternoon) & we are so to see her up, moving, eating and drinking. Now we have our hopes focused on her full recovery including providing milk for baby Beau. Today she was pretty dry and we are hoping that now that she’s free of the offending uterus that was making her sick, she’ll return to normal production to help Beau grow big & strong. We are also prepared to start supplementing milk for Beau if we determine that’s the best move. (haha, mooove 🐮)
