Our sister property Earthbox would like to introduce you to our newest team member - Taylor McCarthy

Taylor fell in love with massage therapy as a way to unite the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, support healing, and help clients become the best version of themselves. A certified yoga instructor and energy healer, she combines traditional Swedish massage, stretching, and intentional touch to create a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Her specialties include cupping, deep tissue massage, headache and migraine relief, and reflexology. Passionate about personalized care, Taylor tailors each session to her clients’ unique needs, offering pressure from light to firm and treatment plans designed to maximize the healing benefits of therapeutic touch.

Outside of work, you can find her practicing yoga, paddleboarding, reading, and traveling.

Alexys is a licensed massage therapist with over five years of experience helping clients find relief, restore balance, and improve overall well-being. A graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Michigan, she was selected for the school’s apprenticeship program, where she helped train future therapists. Drawing from a variety of modalities, Alexys creates personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. She believes that bodywork and movement are essential to a healthy, active life and is passionate about helping clients feel heard, supported, and at home in their bodies.
