Gathered from our backyard hens just a few steps from the kitchen, these eggs will soon find their way into one of Chef Erica’s three-course breakfasts.

Around here, breakfast doesn’t always start with a delivery truck. Sometimes, it starts with a trip to the chicken coop. 🐔
