Some guests leave more than memories behind. ❤️

We were incredibly touched to receive these beautiful handmade gifts from a guest who traveled all the way from Ireland to stay with us at The Osceola Mill House Bed & Breakfast.

One of the greatest joys of innkeeping is the people we meet along the way. What begins as a reservation often turns into a meaningful connection, and this thoughtful gift is a reminder of how hospitality can bring people together from across the world.

Thank you for your kindness, your creativity, and for sharing a small piece of home with us. This special gift will always remind us of your visit and the friendship that came with it. ☘️

As rhubarb season comes to a close, we're savoring one of Lancaster County's most beloved flavors.

Tart, bright, and only available for a short time each year, rhubarb surprises many first-time guests—and quickly becomes a favorite.

From local farm stands to our breakfast table, celebrating the seasons is part of what makes a countryside getaway so memorable.

Which seasonal flavor would you love to experience next?

This simple old birdhouse hangs overlooking the neighboring pasture, ready to welcome travelers with a comfortable place to call home.

Some stay for a season. Others return year after year.

We like to think Osceola Mill House is much the same.

Whether it's your first visit or a familiar getaway, we're honored each time guests choose to return. We hope our inn becomes a place you can count on whenever the road leads you back to Lancaster County.

This is Lancaster County.

A quiet country road. Fields stretching to the horizon. Cows grazing in the morning light. The pace is slower here, and that's part of the charm.

Sometimes the best part of a getaway isn't the destination—it's simply being surrounded by places that remind you to slow down and enjoy the moment.

This is the view waiting for you in Amish Country.

The Esh farm catches the last light of the day while the valley settles in for the night.

From the rocking chairs beneath the old maple, guests have a front-row seat to one of our favorite daily traditions. The evening breeze arrives, the fields grow quiet, and the sky reminds us to slow down for a while.

Bring a glass of wine, settle in, and watch the sun slip below the horizon. Around here, the best entertainment is often the simplest.

Breakfast is more than a meal here.

Each morning begins around a shared table, with fresh ingredients, homemade recipes, hot coffee, and conversations that often turn strangers into friends.

Today's menu featured watermelon with peach balsamic and feta, apple-spiced waffles with homemade whipped topping, and cheesecake topped with homemade blueberry compote.

It's one of our favorite parts of innkeeping—welcoming guests to the table and helping them start the day well.

Heritage Days returns to In*******se Community Park on June 19–20, 2026.

One of the things our guests appreciate most is being close to Lancaster County's events and attractions while still enjoying a peaceful stay surrounded by Amish farmland.

Heritage Days is just a 4-minute drive from Osceola Mill House, making it easy to enjoy the festivities and return to a quiet evening at the inn.

Every morning at Osceola Mill House, we try to bring a little bit of Lancaster County to the breakfast table.

One of our guest favorites is the thick-cut bacon we source locally from Stoltzfus Meats and Deli in In*******se. Thick-cut, expertly smoked, and full of flavor, it's the kind of bacon that reminds you why local ingredients matter.

We believe great breakfasts start with great ingredients. That's why we're proud to partner with local producers who share our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and tradition.

When guests sit down to breakfast, they're not just enjoying a meal—they're experiencing the flavors of the community that surrounds us.

It's all part of our farm-to-table tradition.

Looking for something unique to do during a Lancaster County getaway?

The Rough & Tumble Ag Days Show returns June 26–27 with steam engines, antique tractors, blacksmith demonstrations, food vendors, and family-friendly activities.

It's one of those events that reminds us why we love this corner of Pennsylvania—history isn't sitting behind glass here. It's still running, steaming, forging, and working.

We still have limited availability that weekend if you're planning a summer escape to Amish Country.

You're home now.
