🛠️ NOW HIRING – EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE LEAD (U-RENT) 🛠️
We’re looking for the right guy to take charge of our rental equipment maintenance.
✔ Pay starting at $40+/hr (based on experience)
✔ Top pay for the right guy — we pay for skill
✔ Tools provided (but having your own is a plus)
✔ Must have real rental or equipment experience (Sunbelt, United Rentals, etc.)
✔ Must be able to inspect, document, maintain, and keep equipment rent-ready
This is NOT heavy engine rebuild work — this is:
• Inspecting equipment when it comes back
• Checking for damage & documenting issues
• Routine service & maintenance
• Keeping machines clean, tight, and ready to go back out
We run:
• Skid steers
• Excavators
• Telehandlers
• Scissor lifts
• Dump trailers
• Stump grinders
• Small engine equipment
