It’s monsoon season in Big Bend right now, and the whole place is alive with it. We watched one storm cross the entire sky in a single evening. It rolled over our mesa first, dark and loud, then drifted off to drop rain straight onto Santa Elena Canyon, miles away, while we stood on dry ground in the last of the sunset. Even the hillsides are green this time of year, that cap rock balanced on top of it all like it always has been.
This is a regular week at Paisano Azul Ranch in late summer. You don’t go looking for the show. You walk outside and it finds you.
Big Bend’s a few minutes up the road. The sky’s already here. Link in bio to book direct.
Same hashtags as before. That should be accurate to all three frames now. Good to post whenever you are.
