This month's Arrow Award winner is... Adam! 🏹
As a Maintenance Technician, Adam works behind the scenes to care for the grounds and keep the resort ready for our guests. His work may not always be the first thing you notice when you arrive, but it makes a big difference in the experience you have while you’re here! 😁

When he’s not working, Adam is usually doing something outdoors. Fishing and hiking are two of his favorites, and he’s also into motorcycles, Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and Warhammer. His love for the outdoors even led him to spend six months as a wildland firefighter in California. He was also a two-time junior bass fishing state champion in Connecticut! 🐟
