The ideal place to enjoy both forested serenity and all the adventures the Smokies have to offer.

We are a wonderful family place with numerous activities nearby for all ages. Our campground has many amenities to offer such as all shaded sites (grass, gravel with patios, or concrete), river sites with large decks, swimming pool, children's playground, laundry facilities and a modern, super clean bathhouse.

The yellows are glowing, the oranges are spreading, and those beautiful reds are finally making an appearance! ❤️🧡💛

Mother Nature may have taken her sweet time, but she's certainly making up for it now!

🍁🍂 Mountaineer's Fall Color Watch – Day 7! 🍂🍁

Well, folks… we're back! And apparently Mother Nature has been busy while we've been away! 😂🎨

We gave her a few days to work her magic, and those yellows and oranges are definitely starting to spread across the mountainside! 💛🧡

Green is still hanging on for dear life, but fall is slowly taking over! 🍃🤣

The Smokies aren't quite ready for their grand finale, but the show is getting better every day!
