An exciting property update ✅

We're inching closer to welcoming our guests in our new front desk. We've finally secured the building permits and certificate of occupancy. There are just a few more touches we'd like to add before we officially turn on the OPEN sign to our new space.

Well it's certainly feeling like stick season here in the White Mountains. And honestly if you have never visited in the off-season, you should give it a try. Things slow down, your favorite coffee shop or restaurant no longer has a line, the trailheads are empty. We always say that the off-season is when you can truly get to know and experience these small towns.

To make it even better, our off-season rates are starting and all of November our cabins with kitchenettes start under $100/night when you stay at least two nights!

Property update!

While everyone was admiring the fall colors we have not been resting. All of the cabins now have locks with digital keypads, it only took us three years! 🤣

While we know the old keys provide a bit of nostalgia, the digital locks are far more convenient for late check-ins, and no one is going to risk locking themselves out of their cabin (yes it happens). This is part of our ongoing efforts to make check-in more streamlined, especially for guests who travel plans have them arriving much later than we can have someone waiting for them.

We should have more (and bigger) property updates soon!

It appears to be a momma and three cubs. They are probably getting ready for the winter, which is closer than we think!

Sunny weather gets all of the attention, but these last couple of days have really put us in the fall mood. The overcast weather just highlights all of the color and makes us want to grab a coffee and look out at the mountains.

A surprise bluebird day here in Northern NH, with plenty of colors popping already! We were not expecting the storm that the coastal region is getting but we definitely were caught off guard by how nice today is.

It's Fall! 🍂🍁

Today marks the first day of Fall and it is definitely looking like it here in Northern New Hampshire. It is now technically acceptable to use pumpkin spice in everything. So grab a pumpkin b**r or latte from some of the fabulous local businesses in this area and enjoy the beautiful weather and foliage colors starting to show!
