We are located in the north-west mountains of North Carolina. We are within 10 miles of Boone, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, Banner Elk and Appalachian State University. Willow Valley Resort has 15 cabins and 44 condominiums for you to stay with us (if available). Our cabins are nestled in the wooded mountains with most of our condominiums over-looking our golf course.

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend. App State had their first home game against Maine this past Saturday and had a big win. Did you know that Willow Valley offers a 10% discount to App State Alumni? This discount also applies if you are visiting town for a game or if you are just in town to visit your student. Please contact our Front office about booking your reservation.

Starting on Monday, May 4, 2026 the NC DOT will be closing the bridge at the Front Office for repair. We will have yellow signs directing you around the construction so you will be able to check-in for your stay. The cabin road will still be accessible during this time.
