COUPLES ONLY | ONLY SUITABLY QUALIFIED APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED

We are looking for a professional and motivated Assistant Management Couple to join our lodge team.

The couple will fulfil the following two roles:

1. Reservations & Administration

Reservations and general administration
Guest and booking-related communication
Assisting with day-to-day lodge administration and operations

2. Qualified Field Guide
Applicants for the Field Guide position must hold the relevant qualifications and certifications, including:

Relevant FGASA qualification
Valid DEAT registration
Valid PDP
Valid First Aid certification
Any other applicable guiding qualifications and certifications

Employment Conditions

Salary is negotiable and will be based on qualifications, experience and suitability for the positions.
3 weeks on / 1 week off working schedule.
These are lodge-based positions and applicants must be comfortable working and living within a lodge environment.
Only candidates who meet the relevant requirements will be considered.

Milima is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and guest-focused Guide & Admin Assistant Couple to join our team.

This is a live-in position ideally suited to a couple who enjoy working in a hospitality and bush environment and are looking to become part of a close-knit team.

FIELD GUIDE REQUIREMENTS
•⁠ ⁠Qualified Field Guide
•⁠ ⁠Valid FGASA qualification
•⁠ ⁠Valid DEAT registration/certification
•⁠ ⁠Professional, responsible and guest-focused
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and people skills
•⁠ ⁠Passion for the bush, wildlife and creating memorable guest experiences

ADMIN ASSISTANT
We are looking for an organised, friendly and dependable individual to assist with the day-to-day administrative and operational requirements of Milima.

The ideal candidate should:
•⁠ ⁠Have strong organisational and administrative skills
•⁠ ⁠Be computer literate
•⁠ ⁠Have good written and verbal communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Be comfortable interacting with guests and working as part of a team
•⁠ ⁠Be proactive, reliable and able to work independently when required

THE POSITION OFFERS
🏡 Live-in accommodation
🍽️ Three meals per day
📅 3 weeks on / 1 week off working schedule
🌿 The opportunity to live and work in a unique bush environment

Both candidates should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and understand the flexibility and teamwork required in the hospitality industry.

The Manor House at MILIMA Safari Lodge is a tranquil retreat, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. Featuring 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests, it is the perfect setting for a family retreat or a gathering of friends. The Manor House provides a spacious living room equipped with a TV and board games for entertainment, along with indoor dining and seating areas complemented by a cozy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
