Raina is a Paediatric Speech and Language Pathologist passionate about creating a space for children to thrive. She provides child-centred, neurodiversity-affirming therapy that celebrates each child’s unique strengths, interests and way of communicating. She supports children across a range of communication areas including speech sound delays and disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, early language development, school-age language difficulties, stammering and literacy.

Winter Rest Series ~ Restorative Yoga and Reiki ~ with Grace 🌙

The Winter Rest Series is an invitation to step out of doing and be held in deep rest. Join Grace for six sessions held fortnightly on Thursday’s at 6.30pm from May 28 to support you in cultivating a ritual of intentional rest. You will be guided into restorative yoga poses where your body is fully supported with props so can completely soften into stillness. She will also offer reiki throughout.
