Did you know the Shoalhaven River stretches more than 300km before reaching the coast? 🌊

Holiday Haven Shoalhaven Heads , the river meets the Pacific Ocean beside the long stretch of Seven Mile Beach.

Sand and ocean conditions can naturally close the entrance, with floods sometimes reopening it. When closed, water can flow out to sea via Berry’s Canal and Crookhaven Heads.

A fascinating part of the Shoalhaven’s coastline and a landscape that continues to change with natural conditions.
