A little introduction to my other half… meet Grant. 😊
Tatha properties is a small family-run business, and Grant is very much the man behind the scenes.
Grant spent years working in accountancy and banking, then moved onto property builds for a while, before going on to run his own packaging business, which he still does today. He’s always got something on the go and is never short of ideas!
He’s the one who picks up the pieces when I’m not around, and he’s also quite good at doing what he’s told… or so he likes to tell me 😂
Pragmatic, logical, driven, and a lover of art to name just a few of his qualities.
We first ventured into the holiday let world on a bit of a whim when a place came up in Glencoe. We bought Marine Parade over three years ago, and we’re now renovating our third property, also in Dundee.
Most importantly, he keeps me sane, makes me laugh ( very important in a colleague / business partner) and brings me wine on a Friday when we officially “clock off”. 🍷
He’s a big part of the business, inspires me every day and we wouldn’t be doing what we are if it wasn’t for him saying “ let’s give it a go!”
