Hi, I’m William

There’s a lot of new people who have discovered our page since we launched our giveaway yesterday. I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce or reintroduce ourselves to everyone and to put a face behind our business. I have worked in Architecture for more than 25 years and have a passion for everything property related. I still do planning & building warrant applications, but mostly for my own projects. 10 years ago I bought a derelict site and yes it is still derelict unfortunately, however there is planning consent on it for 14 serviced apartments in Morayshire, so watch this space… I have a variety of serviced accommodation and HMO units over the North East of Aberdeenshire. My hospitality business has grown more this year when lockdown began, when I created Gotels. Huntly is a beautiful town and we love being able to provide stylish, clean, comfortable and cost effective places for business and leisure guests to stay.
