Last Thursday night was one for the books!

​What started as an average Thursday at The Bluebell turned into an unbelievable evening. We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a lovely group of Dutch guests reuniting with former university classmates.

​There was fantastic food, shared stories, live music, and plenty of singing along! It was such a special atmosphere, and we truly hope to welcome them all back again soon.

☀️ Today’s Special: Tomato & Basil Gazpacho 🍅🌿 with Sourdough Pangritata, Pickled Shallots, Basil Oil.

A little taste of Andalusia, because apparently Spain knew all along that soup doesn’t have to be hot.

Gazpacho originated in Andalusia, southern Spain, where the hot climate called for something cool, refreshing and wonderfully unfussy. So come and get your sunshine in a bowl before autumn starts making itself comfortable. 🍂

And with a day like today, we’d say: have the gazpacho, linger over lunch, and soak up that last bit of summer while you can.

Lunch: 12–2:15pm
Dinner: 5–8:45pm

Come for the gazpacho. Stay for the sunshine. 🌿☀️

We’ve been keeping a little secret… okay, not really — we’ve probably mentioned it a few times! 😂

Meet Hannah, our incredible Bar Manager and true Bluebell royalty!

​We where hit with the ultimate stroke of luck: we inherited Hannah from another local pub ! She joined us November 2024 just after we had opened our doors a month later and we honestly don't know what we'd do without her!

​Want to get to know one of the brightest faces behind our bar?

Time at The Bluebell: Nearly 3 years!

What she loves most: The vibrant atmosphere, having a laugh with the team, and getting to know all of our regulars.

Outside of work: She’s a huge music and theatre fan, loves time with friends and family, and you’ll find her at Anfield supporting the mighty Reds whenever she gets the chance!

Bluebell Top Picks: A classic Cosmopolitan, the Steak Frites, and a slice of Tiramisu to finish.

Favourite shift vibe: When the pub is bursting at the seams during live music nights, Mother’s Day, or Christmas!

Best memory: Working alongside a team that has become true, lifelong friends.
