Bonfire Night at The Swan is back! Join us on Friday 6th November, 5pm–8pm, for a roaring bonfire, TWO fantastic firework displays, delicious food, fresh pizzas and an outdoor bar serving b**r and w**e. 🎆

Tickets are £5 per person, helping us cover the costs of hosting a safe and memorable evening for everyone.

Important parking information:
✨ Parking at The Swan is limited. Please use public transport where possible – the Stagecoach X6 stops right outside.
✨ Alternative parking is available at Lakes Aquarium, a 20-minute walk along the West Windermere Way.
✨ Please park responsibly and avoid the A590, the bridge and anywhere that could block residents, buses or emergency services.
✨ Follow our event team's guidance and keep children supervised throughout the evening.

Santa's Grotto reopens over our Christmas Markets weekend and will be open every Saturday and Sunday until 20th December. Bookings are now open for the little ones to meet Father Christmas.

Join us on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November, 11am–5pm, for a wide range of stallholders covering all your Christmas decoration and gifting needs, plus some amazing festive extras, including:

This year, we're also planning on opening early for late-night shopping on Friday 13th November - more details coming soon!

🚗 Arriving by car: Parking is limited over the weekend, so we highly recommend car sharing where possible! Alternative parking is available at Fell Foot Public Car Park (LA12 8NN) and Lakeside Public Car Park (LA12 8AS), both approximately a 20-minute walk from The Swan.

🚌 Arriving by bus: The Swan is just a 2-minute walk from Newby Bridge bus stop, with hourly services connecting Barrow, Dalton, Ulverston and Windermere. The X6, 6 and X60 buses are all Swan-friendly!
