Meet David. He helps out behind the scenes in our kitchen in various roles.

When he’s not doing some of the heavy lifting in the kitchen, he also competes on the world stage!

He recently represented Wales in the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships in Canada last month!

We’re delighted to have supported David on his journey to the Commonwealth Championships with some fundraising.

Competing in the Sub-Junior U66 kg category, he finished 3rd overall, earning:

🥈 Silver – Squat

🥉 Bronze – Deadlift

🥉 Bronze – Overall

Seeing as it’s Mexico’s Day of the Dead Festival on 2nd November, we’ve got our friends from Bite Society serving fabulous tacos from their pop-up street food van!

We’ll be serving Magnificent Margaritas - 2 for £10!

Late season mackerel for a deliciously smooth and flavoursome pâté featured on our autumn menu, and some hand-dived scallops which will be on this week’s Special menu.

It’s not easy getting to the sea from Herefordshire, so we’ve brought the sea to you!
